The Manhattan Club, NYC's premium timeshare destination has been in business for ten years. We are looking for a sales manager to oversee approximately 30-50 outbound representative in our Corporate call center located in East Stroudsburg, PA. The primary responsibility is to sell an overnight, discounted accommodation travel package to preview our property. Requirements: Must be organized and able to work independently Develop, Execute and manage Outbound Programs to generate package Sales and Tours. Able to direct Staff of Operators to ensure quality service and client satisfaction Strong written and verbal communication skills, including knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Office Provide coaching and feedback on Outbound presentations to telemarketers and managers. Assist in the development and training of the management staff. Minimum of 5 Years management experience in a call center environment. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Job Summary: Responsible for meeting the required room percentage consistently: daily, weekly, and monthly Responsible for assuring compliance of all company policies as outlined for all employees
